Textile industry uses extensive amount of steam in different stages of production, this steam must be delivered to the machines and process stations by different type and sized pipelines. Thermal growth of the steam transporting pipelines must be absorbed by metal expansion joints.

Because of the convoluted internal shape, internal surface of bellows are risky areas for condensate formation, steam condensate is something undesired in steam piping as it reduces the overall system efficiency.

In order to prevent condensate formation, Ayvaz supplies metal expansion joints with inner sleeves as well as externally pressurized expansion joints with condensate drain plugs.
