The Staff of Ayvaz Blew Off Steam at The Summer Fun Fair and Barbecue Party

Ayvaz arranged a summer fun fair and Barbecue party to improve the motivation and relations among its staff. The attendance of the party in the back garden of Ayvaz’s Production Plant in Hadımkoy was quite high. Ayvaz arranged a summer fun fair and Barbecue party to improve the motivation and relations among its staff. The attendance of the party in the back garden of Ayvaz’s Production Plant in Hadımkoy was quite high.

Leading firm of Turkish installation sector AYVAZ arranged a summer fun fair and Barbecue Party in the back garden of Ayvaz’s Production Plant in Hadımkoy on 16th of July. The party that all the Production and management personnel were invited was done in an atmosphere of University Festivals. Also the management board of the company showed a full attendance.

The back garden of the Ayvaz’s Production Plant in Hadımkoy was organized for the first summer fun fair and accommodated approximately 300 staff of Ayvaz. The personnel tasted a rich menu which was contenting open buffet grills, salads and fruits in a comfortable place that was decorated with tables, chairs, umbrellas and beanbags.

The organization began in the afternoon and the personnel were welcomed with the popular national and international tunes played by the DJ. The attenders who had a Lucy number for the special lottery for the day have blown steam with the various activities during the fun fair until the results to be announced.

Prized Backgammon Tournament and Lottery Put The Excitement to the Top

Perhaps, the prized backgammon tournament was the most attractive activity during Ayvaz’s Party. For the tournament a special place right on the corner of the garden was arranged and lots of personnel who know how to play backgammon joined it. The winner of the tournament which was followed by not only players but also the spectators won a latest model of mobile phone; also a backgammon set was gifted to the runners up.

Along with the backgammon tournament, the surprise lottery was another exciting occasion to the Ayvaz’s personnel. The numbers was read one by one in the lottery which was done as a hidden draw and lots of presents likewise mp3 players, mobile phones, watches, dinner for two, shopping gifts was gifted to the Lucy attenders.

Towards the end of the party, some personnel who believe in their voice grabbed the microphone and sang national and international songs with the karaoke system. The singers managed to attract a high attention of the attenders.
